2023 Atlantic Coast Conference Football Season
The 2023 Atlantic Coast Conference football season, part of the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season, was the 71st season of college football play for the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The ACC consisted of 14 members, with 2023 California Golden Bears football team, California, 2023 Stanford Cardinal football team, Stanford, and 2023 SMU Mustangs football team, SMU having been announced to join the ACC on July 1st, 2024, on August 31st, 2023. The 2023 season was the first season without divisions since 2005 (other than the 2020 Atlantic Coast Conference football season, pandemic-disrupted 2020 season). The entire schedule was released on January 30, 2023. Kurtrell "Trey" Benson (born July 23, 2002) is an American professional football running back for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). William L. Shipley (born August 29, 2002) is an American professional football running back for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL).
