2023-24 Indian Super League Playoffs
The 2024 Indian Super League playoffs was the 10th Indian Super League playoffs, playoffs series of the Indian Super League. The playoffs began on 19 April 2024 and concluded with the final on 4 May. The top two teams in 2023–24 Indian Super League#Regular season, regular season, Mumbai City FC, Mumbai City and Mohun Bagan SG automatically qualified for the semi-finals. Teams finishing 3rd to 6th featured in a single-leg play-off to determine the other two semi-finalists, with Goa and Odisha advancing. The semi-finals was played over two legs whilst the final was a single-legged match which took place at the Salt Lake Stadium, Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan Stadium in Kolkata, eventually won by Mumbai City against Mohun Bagan SG. Indian Super League Playoffs
The Indian Super League playoffs (ISL Cup) is the annual Playoffs, postseason Tournament#Multi-stage tournaments, elimination tournament of the Indian Super League. Under the current format adopted from 2022, 6 teams qualify for the tournament based on regular season points. ISL awards the regular season champions with the League Winners' Shield, and the playoffs winners with the ISL Cup. Extra time and penalty shootout are used if games end as draw. The higher ranked team from the regular season hosts games if there is only one leg. History Playoffs system The top two clubs after the regular season automatically progress to the ISL playoffs. The playoffs culminate with the ISL Final, where the winner is presented with the ISL Cup.
