2022–23 Macedonian First Football League
The 2022–23 Macedonian First League was the 31st season of the Macedonian First Football League, the highest Association football, football league of North Macedonia. It began on 6 August 2022 and ended on 14 May 2023. KF Shkupi, Shkupi were the defending champions, having won their first title in 2021–22 Macedonian First Football League, 2021–22. Gradski Stadion Štip
City Stadium Štip () is a multi-purpose stadium in Štip, North Macedonia. It is mostly used for football (soccer), football matches and is currently the home stadium of FK Bregalnica Štip. The stadium holds 8,000 people. It will hold maybe over 10,000 people by 2016 On 2 May 2012, for the first time in Macedonian football history, the Gradski stadium in Štip was host of the domestic cup final. Blagoj Istatov Stadium is a football stadium in Strumica, North Macedonia. With the last reconstruction in 2017 the stadium has a capacity of 9,200 seats, and it is a third-class field in accordance with UEFA standards. GFK Tikvesh 1930 (), commonly referred to as Tikvesh, is a professional football club from Kavadarci, North Macedonia, that currently competes in the Macedonian First League. After playing at different home grounds in the early years, the club moved to Gradski Stadion Kavadarci on 19 March 1950 and have remained there since. The 'golden age' of the club came in the late 1960s and lasted throughout the entire 1970s. Tikvesh had won the Macedonian Republic League twice ( 1971–72; 1977–78), and they have competed in the Yugoslav Second League for five seasons (1955–56; 1968–69; 1969–70; 1972–73; 1978–79). The 2023–24 Macedonian Second Football League was the 32nd season of the Macedonian Second Football League, the second division in the Macedonian football league system. This was the second season since the league was returned to the united league format, for the first time since 2016–17 season. The season began on 12 August 2023. The winners ( Besa) and runners-up (Pelister) were promoted to the 2024–25 Macedonian First Football League. The third-placed team ( Detonit Plachkovica) qualified for the Macedonian First Football League play-off. K.F. Gostivari is a professional football club based in Gostivar, North Macedonia. They are recently competed in the Macedonian First League. History The club was founded in 1919 as Rinia Gostivar. KF Renova () is a football club based in the village of Džepčište, Tetovo Municipality, North Macedonia. They currently competing in the Macedonian Third League (West Division). History FK Renova was founded in 2003 but was derived from the football school established in 2000. As a result of successful work in 2003, the people from Džepčište began to invest in this school of football.
