The 2022–23 season, was MC Oran's 57th season and the club's 14th consecutive season in the top flight of Algerian football. In addition to the domestic league, MC Oran participated in the Algerian Cup. MC Oran
(), known as , commonly referred to as MC Oran for short, is an Algerian professional Association football, football club based in Oran. Founded on 1 January 1917, the club was known as Mouloudia Chaâbia Ouahrania from 1971 to 1977, Mouloudia Pétroliers d'Oran (, MP Oran for a short) from 1977 to 1987 and Mouloudia d'Oran from 1987 to 1989. Nedjm Chabab Magra (), known as NC Magra or NCM for short, is an Algerian football club based in the city of Magra in the M'Sila Province. The club was founded in 1998 and its colours are Blue and white. Their home stadium, Boucheligue Brothers Stadium, has a capacity of 5,000 spectators. Olympique de Médéa (), also known as 'O Médéa or simply OM for short, is an Algerian football club based in Médéa. The club was founded in 1945 and its colours are orange and blue.
