2022 Tennis Napoli Cup
The 2022 Tennis Napoli Cup was a professional men's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 21st edition of the tournament, and part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the 2022 ATP Tour. It took place at the Tennis Club Napoli in Naples, Italy from 17 to 23 October 2022. The tournament was upgraded from an ATP Challenger Tour event to an ATP Tour 250 event this year. It was one of the six tournaments that were given single-year ATP 250 licenses in September and October 2022 due to the cancellation of tournaments in China because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. ATP Tour 250
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. As of 2020, the series includes 39 tournaments, with 250 ranking points awarded to each singles champion—which accounts for the name of the series. Miomir Kecmanović
Miomir Kecmanović ( sr-Cyrl, Миомир Кецмановић, ; born 31 August 1999) is a Serbian professional tennis player. Kecmanović reached his best singles ranking of world No. 28 on 24 October 2022 and he peaked at world No. 161 on 16 September 2019 in the doubles rankings. He has won one singles and one doubles ATP title, as well as two Challenger titles in his career.
