The 2022 NTN Ultimate Bearing Experience 250 was a NASCAR Pinty's Series race that was held on May 14, 2022. It was contested over 250 laps on the oval. It was the 1st race of the 2022 NASCAR Pinty's Series season. Treyten Lapcevich collected his first career Pinty's Series victory, passing Raphael Lessard on the final overtime restart. 2022 NASCAR Pinty's Series
The 2022 NASCAR Pinty's Series was the sixteenth season of the Pinty's Series, the national stock car racing series in Canada sanctioned by NASCAR. It began with the NTN Ultimate Bearing Experience 250 at Sunset Speedway on May 14 and concluded with the race at Delaware Speedway on September 25. Louis-Philippe Dumoulin entered the season as the defending series champion. Marc-Antoine Camirand won the championship, his first title in the Pinty's series. Andrew Ranger
Andrew Ranger (born November 20, 1986) is a Canadian professional racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Pinty's Series, driving the No. 27 for Paillé Course//Racing. Ranger is a veteran of the Pinty's Series, having claimed 28 wins in 133 races. He was champion in 2007, 2009 and 2019, runner-up in 2016, third in 2012 and 2015, and fourth in 2008. Delaware Speedway
Delaware Speedway is a half-mile paved race track that is one of the oldest continuously operating tracks in Canada. It is located a few minutes west of London, Ontario northeast of Delaware, Ontario. It hosts stock car racing every Friday night during the summer. The track opened in 1952 as a quarter-mile dirt track that was paved in 1960. In August 1969, the track was expanded to a 1/2 mile paved oval and continues today. Divisions The track hosts four different divisions as part of its home classes (Late Model, Super Stock, V8 Stock, Bone Stock). They also host the King of the Hill spectators races. Donald Theetge (born October 3, 1966) is a Canadian professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 74 Toyota Camry for Visconti Motorsports, as well as the NASCAR Pinty's Series driving his own No. 80 Chevrolet Camaro. Kevin Lacroix (born March 14, 1989) is a Canadian racing driver from Saint-Eustache, Quebec. History After karting, Lacroix drove in Formula BMW USA in 2005 and finished second with four wins. Louis-Philippe "L. P." Dumoulin (born February 21, 1979) is a Canadian stock car racing driver. He currently races in the NASCAR Pinty's Series, driving the No. 47 Dodge owned by Marc-André Bergeron. Sunset Speedway is a NASCAR sanctioned 1/3 mile semi-banked short track motor racing oval, located forty minutes north of Toronto, in the town of Innisfil, Ontario, Canada.
