The 2022 Henderson mayoral election was held on June 14, 2022, to elect the next mayor of Henderson, Nevada Incumbent Democratic Mayor Debra March decided to run for the Nevada lieutenant gubernatorial election. Republican Michelle Romero easily won the election. The election was officially non-partisan. The lieutenant governor of Nevada is a constitutional officer in the executive branch of government of the U.S. state of Nevada. The lieutenant governor maintains an office in Carson City, Nevada at the Nevada State Capitol and is elected separately from the Governor, and may therefore be from a different party than the Governor. Michael Craig Roberson is an American attorney and politician who served in the Nevada Senate from 2010 until 2018, representing the 20th district. Keith Pickard (born 1962) is a Republican member of the Nevada Senate. He represents the 20th district, which covers parts of the southern Las Vegas Valley.
