2022 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship
The 2022 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 19th staging of the Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork GAA, Cork County Board in 2004 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship, 2004. The draw for the group stage placings took place on 8 February 2022. The championship ran from 29 July and 22 October 2022. The 2022 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship#Final, final replay was played on 22 October 2022 at Páirc Uà Chaoimh in Cork (city), Cork, between Inniscarra GAA, Inniscarra and Castlemartyr GAA, Castlemartyr, in what was their first ever meeting in the final. Inniscarra won the match by 3-12 to 1-17 to claim their first ever championship title. Courcey Rovers is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the villages of Ballinspittle and Ballinadee in County Cork, Ireland. The club fields both hurling, Gaelic football and camogie teams. It has historically concentrated on hurling. The club is part of the Carrigdhoun division of Cork competitions. It used to be part of Carbery GAA but moved in the mid-1970s to Carrigdhoun GAA as it felt that it would be offered a higher chance to be able to win county championships, as there are more hurling clubs in the south east division. Sarsfields GAA is a hurling club is based in the Riverstown and Glanmire area of County Cork. The club plays in the Imokilly division of Cork GAA. Páirc Uà Rinn (), also known as Páirc ChrÃostóir Uà Rinn, is a Gaelic Athletic Association stadium located between Ballinlough and Ballintemple in Cork. It was previously known as Flower Lodge and was used as an association football stadium. During the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, Flower Lodge served as the home ground of three League of Ireland clubs – Cork Hibernians, Albert Rovers and Cork City. Ballinhassig is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the village of Ballinhassig in County Cork, Republic of Ireland. Lisgoold GAA Club is a gaelic football, hurling and ladies football club based in the village of Lisgoold, County Cork, Ireland. Watergrasshill GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the parish of Watergrasshill, County Cork, Ireland. The club is affiliated to Cork GAA and is part of the Imokilly division.
