2022 CRO Race
The 2022 CRO Race was a road cycling stage race in Croatia between 27 September and 2 October 2022. It was the seventh edition of the Tour of Croatia since its revival in 2015 and the third under the ''CRO Race'' name. The race is rated as a category 2.1 event on the 2022 UCI Europe Tour calendar. 2022 UCI Europe Tour
The 2022 UCI Europe Tour was the eighteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2022 season began on 23 January 2022 with the Trofeo Luis Puig, Clàssica Comunitat Valenciana 1969, and concluded on 16 October 2022 with the Chrono des Nations and the Veneto Classic. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Axel Laurance (born 13 April 2001) is a French cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Early career Laurance started cycling at an early age, initially partaking in BMX, before moving to other disciplines including road, track and cyclo-cross. Biograd Na Moru
Biograd na Moru (), shortened to simply Biograd, is a town in northern Dalmatia in Croatia. It is significant for being another capital of the medieval Kingdom of Croatia. Primošten
Primošten () is a village and municipality in Šibenik-Knin County, Croatia. It is situated between the cities of Šibenik and Trogir, on the Adriatic coast. History In the past, Primošten was situated on the islet close to the mainland. During the Ottoman invasions in 1542 the islet was protected by the walls and towers and a draw bridge connected it to the mainland. When the Turks retreated, the draw bridge was replaced by the causeway and in 1564 the settlement was named Primošten after the Croatian verb ''primostiti'' (to bridge). It is built on a hill and is dominated by the parish church of St. George which was built in 1485 and restored in 1760 close to the local graveyard from which a unique view spreads to the sea and the surroundings. Sinj
Sinj () is a List of cities and towns in Croatia, town in the continental part of Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia. Otočac () is a town in Croatia, former bishopric and present Latin Catholic titular see. It lies in the northwestern part of Lika region, in the Gacka river valley.
