2021 Jordan Shield Cup
The 2021 Jordan FA Shield was the 34th Jordan FA Shield to be played. All 12 teams of the 2021 Jordan Premier League participated. The teams were divided into four groups of three. The top team from each group advanced to the semi-finals. Al-Jalil won their first title by defeating Al-Wehdat in the finals. Al-Wehdat Sport Club ( ar, نادي الوحدات الرياضي}) is a Jordanian sport club founded in 1956. The club is based in and represents the Amman New Camp, a Palestinian refugee camp which is also known as Al-Wehdat. Al-Wehdat's home games are played at King Abdullah II Stadium (cap. 13,265). There are other sports offered in the club, such as volleyball, basketball and table tennis. History The club was founded in 1956 under the name Al-Wehdat Youth Center. In 1974, they changed their name to Al-Wehdat Sport Club and have been called that since then (with the exception of 1986–1989 when it was named Al-Diffatain Sport Club.) Al-Wehdat has 51 local trophies from 1980 and appears in 11 AFC Cup but did not achieve the title. 2020 Jordan Shield Cup
The 2020 Jordan FA Shield was the 33rd Jordan FA Shield to be played. All 12 teams of the 2020/2021 Jordan Premier League participated. The teams were divided in three groups of four. The top team from each group advanced to the semi-finals, along with the best-performing second place team. Al-Wehdat became the champions as they beat Al-Ramtha 2–1 in the final, winning their 10th title. Group Stage Group A Group B Group C Ranking of second-place teams Al-Wehdat advanced to the semi-finals as they were the best second-place team in the group stage. The 2021 Jordanian Pro League (known as The Jordanian Pro League, was the 69th season of Jordanian Pro League since its inception in 1944. The season started on 8 April and finished on 4 November 2021, Al-Ramtha won the title for the 3rd time after the first two titles in 1981 and 1982 .
