2021 Ardèche Classic
The 2021 Faun-Ardèche Classic was the 21st edition of the Faun-Ardèche Classic cycle race. The category 1.Pro race was held on 27 February 2021 as a part of the 2021 UCI Europe Tour and the 2021 UCI ProSeries. The race started and finished in Guilherand-Granges, and featured five climbs, including a triple ascent of the short but steep Côte du Val d'Enfer, the last of which was in the final ten kilometers. It formed a pair of races on the same weekend with the 2021 Royal Bernard Drôme Classic, held on the following day, with both races being organized by Boucles Drôme Ardèche. Teams Eleven of the nineteen UCI WorldTeams, seven UCI ProTeams, and three UCI Continental teams made up the twenty-one teams that participated in the race. All but two teams entered the maximum of seven riders; entered six and entered five, for a total of 144 riders, of which 122 finished. 2021 UCI Europe Tour
The 2021 UCI Europe Tour was the 17th season of the UCI Europe Tour. The season began on 24 January 2021 with the Clàssica Comunitat Valenciana 1969 – Gran Premio Valencia and ended on 24 October 2021 with the Ronde van Drenthe. Throughout the season, points were awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determined how many points are awarded to the top finishers; the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points were awarded. La Drôme Classic
La Drôme Classic () is an elite men's road bicycle racing event held annually in the Drôme region of France, held by the Ruoms Cyclisme Organisation. It is run as part of a weekend of racing in the south Ardèche, known as the ''Boucles du Sud Ardèche'', along with the Classic Sud-Ardèche. Fron 2013 to 2019, the men's event was held as a 1.1 rated event on the UCI Europe Tour. The first edition of the race, due to be held on 23 February 2013, was cancelled due to snow. 2021 UCI ProSeries
The 2021 UCI ProSeries is the second season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road bicycle racing, road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits. The 2021 season initially consisted of 55 events of which 28 were one-day races (1.Pro) and 27 were stage races (2.Pro). There were 47 events in Europe, 5 in Asia, 2 in the United States and 1 in Argentina. During January 2021, five races were cancelled and three were postponed, leaving 47 races in the 2021 UCI ProSeries season. Two races were added to the calendar (the Dwars door het Hageland and Tour de l'Eurométropole, Eurométropole Tour), bringing the number of races scheduled to 49 in early February.
