The 2021 Alps Tour was the 21st season of the Alps Tour, one of four third-tier tours recognised by the European Tour. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2021 season. Order of Merit The Order of Merit was based on prize money won during the season, calculated using a points-based system. The top five players on the tour (not otherwise exempt) earned status to play on the 2022 Challenge Tour. The last universal common ancestor (LUCA) is the most recent population from which all organisms now living on Earth share common descent—the most recent common ancestor of all current life on Earth. This includes all cellular organisms; the origins of viruses are unclear but they share the same genetic code. LUCA probably harboured a variety of viruses. The LUCA is not the first life on Earth, but rather the latest form ancestral to all existing life. While there is no specific fossil evidence of the LUCA, the detailed biochemical similarity of all current life confirms its existence. The 2022 Challenge Tour is a series of professional golf tournaments collectively known as the Challenge Tour. The Challenge Tour is Europe's official developmental tour and is organised by the PGA European Tour. It was introduced in 1986 and was originally called the Satellite Tour, before being renamed with its present title in 1990. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2022 season. Challenge Tour Rankings ''For full rankings, see 2022 Challenge Tour graduates.'' The rankings were titled as the Road to Mallorca and were based on prize money won during the season, calculated using a points-based system. 2021 LET Access Series
The 2021 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from June through October 2021 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. Tournament results The table below shows the 2021 schedule. The numbers in brackets after the winners' names show the number of career wins they had on the LET Access Series up to and including that event. Order of Merit rankings The top six players on the LETAS Order of Merit earn LET membership of the Ladies European Tour for the 2022 season. Players finishing in positions 7–20 get to skip the first stage of the qualifying event and automatically progress to the final stage of the Lalla Aicha Tour School.
