2020 FC Astana Season
The 2020 FC Astana season is the twelfth successive season that Astana will play in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan. Astana are defending Kazakhstan Premier League holders, having won their sixth title the previous season. Astana will also play in the season opening Super Cup against FC Kaisar, the Kazakhstan Cup and enter the Champions League at the First qualifying round. Astana Football Club ( kk, Astana Futbol Kluby) is a professional football club based in Astana. They play in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest level of Kazakh football. The club's home ground is the 30,254-seat Astana Arena stadium. The club colours, reflected in their badge and kit, are sky blue and yellow. 2021 FC Astana Season
The 2021 FC Astana season was the thirteenth successive season that Astana played in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan. The finished the season 2nd, behind Tobol, reached the Semifinals of the Kazakhstan Cup and were knocked out of the Europa Conference League by KuPS at the Third Qualifying Round stage. Serhiy Viktorovych Malyi ( uk, Сергій Вікторович Малий; born 5 June 1990) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Ordabasy. Born in Ukraine, he plays for the Kazakhstan national team. Career Malyi is the product of the Luhansk's sportive system. His first coach was Serhiy Kalitvintsev. FC Irtysh Pavlodar ( kk, Ертіс Футбол Клубы, ''Ertis Fýtbol Klýby'') was a Kazakh professional football club based at the Central Stadium in Pavlodar. Irtysh won the Kazakhstan Premier league in 1993 (as ''Ansat''), 1997, 1999, 2002 and 2003. The 2019–20 UEFA Champions League was the 65th season of Europe's premier club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the 28th season since it was renamed from the European Champion Clubs' Cup to the UEFA Champions League.
