2019–20 CF Fuenlabrada Season
The 2019–20 season was Club de Fútbol Fuenlabrada's 45th season in existence and the club's 1st ever season in the second division of Spanish football. In addition to the domestic league, Fuenlabrada participated in this season's edition of the Copa del Rey. The season was slated to cover a period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. It was extended extraordinarily beyond 30 June due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain. CF Fuenlabrada
Club de Fútbol Fuenlabrada, S.A.D. is a football club based in Fuenlabrada, Community of Madrid, Spain, that currently competes in Primera División RFEF – Group 1, the third tier of the Spanish league system. It was founded in 1975. It holds home matches at Estadio Fernando Torres. History Fuenlabrada was founded in 1975, as a merge between San Esteban and Atlético Fuenlabrada. The idea came from the mayor of the city, Regino Benítez, who suggested the directors of both clubs can unite their efforts and by this receive a higher municipal grant. A key role in the birth of the new club was played by Ramón García Pajuelo, who was appointed secretary of the entity and is still linked to the club as its delegate. In 1986, the team was first promoted to Tercera Division, finishing third from bottom in their debut campaign. Randy Nteka
Randy Nteka (born 6 December 1997) is a French professional footballer who plays for La Liga club Elche CF, on loan from Rayo Vallecano. Mainly an attacking midfielder, he can also play as a forward. Club career Early career Born in Paris, Nteka left his hometown and joined Spanish side Betis San Isidro on a trial period in 2016, after having been called by an agent proposing a move to Madrid and trials with bigger clubs. Pathé Ismaël Ciss (born 16 March 1994) is a Senegalese professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Spanish club Rayo Vallecano. Career Ciss was born in Dakar, and joined the Diambars FC academy at the age of 12, joining his older brother Saliou and father Ibou, who was a coach there. He started his senior career at Diambars, before joining LigaPro side C.F. União on 31 July 2017. Oriol Riera Magem (Catalan pronunciation: ˈɾjɔl ˈrjeɾə born 3 July 1986) is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a striker, currently manager of CD Tudelano. Anderson Emanuel Castelo Branco Cruz (born 9 April 1996) is an Angolan professional footballer who plays as a winger for Petro de Luanda on loan from the Portuguese club Rio Ave, and the Angola national team. Mikel Iribas Allende (born 13 April 1988) is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a right-back or midfielder. Club career Born in San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, Iribas was a product of Real Sociedad's youth system, and played one sole season with the club's B team, in Segunda División B.
