2019 Ukrainian Super Cup
The 2019 Ukrainian Super Cup became the 16th edition of Ukrainian Super Cup, an annual season opener football match contested by the winners of the previous season's Ukrainian Top League and Ukrainian Cup competitions or the league's runner-up if the National Cup was won also by league champions. Originally scheduled on 21 July 2019, the match was played at the Chornomorets Stadium, Odessa, on 28 July 2018 due to the Ukrainian parliamentary elections which were scheduled on 21st. The game was contested by league and cup winner Shakhtar Donetsk and league runner-up Dynamo Kyiv. Preparations and other background events The game will be broadcast on Futbol 1 of "Ukrayina" television channel.

Football Club Dynamo Kyiv (, ) is a Ukrainian professional Association football, football club based in Kyiv. Alyaksandr Khatskevich
Alyaksandr Khatskevich ( be, Аляксандр Хацкевіч, born 19 October 1973) is a Belarusian football manager and former player. Playing career Khatskevich is a former player of the Ukrainian club Dynamo Kyiv. He made 39 appearances and scored four goals for the Belarus national team from 1993 to 2005. Managerial career After Khatskevich retired from playing, Khatskevich became a football coach. At age 33, his former club, FC Dinamo Minsk, appointed him to replace Pyotr Kachura after the first match of the 2007 Belarusian Premier League season. From December 2014 until December 2016 he was the head coach of Belarus national team. On 20 December 2019, he signed with Russian Football National League club FC Rotor Volgograd. The 2010 Ukrainian Super Cup became the seventh edition of Ukrainian Super Cup, which is an annual football exhibition game contested by the winners of the previous season's Ukrainian Top League and Ukrainian Cup competitions. The match was played on 4 July 2010 in Zaporizhia at the Slavutych Arena which was completely rebuilt four years before. Penalty Shoot-out (association Football)
A penalty shoot-out (officially kicks from the penalty mark) is a tie-breaking method in association football to determine which team is awarded victory in a match that cannot end in a draw, when the score is tied after the normal time as well as extra time (if used) have expired. In a penalty shoot-out, each team takes turns shooting at goal from the penalty mark, with the goal defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. Each team has five shots which must be taken by different kickers; the team that makes more successful kicks is declared the victor. Shoot-outs finish as soon as one team has an insurmountable lead. If scores are level after five pairs of shots, the shootout progresses into additional " sudden-death" rounds. Balls successfully kicked into the goal during a shoot-out do not count as goals for the individual kickers or the team, and are tallied separately from the goals scored during normal play (including extra time, if any).
