2019 Treviso Open
The 2019 Treviso Open (sometimes known as the 2019 Dynamic Billard Italian Open) was a nine-ball, nine-ball pool tournament, and the second Euro Tour event of the 2019 season. The event was held from 8 to 11 May 2019, at the Best Western Premier BHR Treviso Hotel in Treviso, Italy. The event had a total prize pool of Euro, €38,000 with the winner of each event receiving €4,500. The event followed the 2019 Leende Open, Leende Open, and preceded the 2019 Austria Open, Austria Open. The event was won by Polish player Konrad Juszczyszyn who defeated the Netherlands' Ivar Saris in the final 9–6. The defending champion was Fedor Gorst from the Netherlands, who defeated Mateusz Śniegocki 9–7 in the 2018 Treviso Open final. However, Gorst failed to progress to the knockout round. Treviso
Treviso ( , ; vec, Trevixo) is a city and ''comune'' in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Oliwia Zalewska Czuprynska (born 20 January 1995) is a Polish professional pool player. Zalewska is a former WPA World Nine-ball junior champion, winning the ladies event in 2011. She also reached the final the following year, losing in the final to Diana Khodjaeva. She is also a three-time winner of Euro Tour events, winning the 2015 Treviso Open, 2019 Antalya Open and 2019 Klagenfurt Open. Francisco Sánchez Ruíz
Francisco Sánchez Ruíz (born December 29, 1991 in Murcia, Spain) is a Spanish professional pool player and the reigning World champion in both eight-ball and nine-ball. Career Sánchez won the World Nine-ball Junior Championship in 2010, defeating Jesse Engel 11–6 in the final. In 2016, Sánchez won the 2016 European Pool Championship in nine-ball defeating Joshua Filler in the final, 9–3. He also reached the final of the eight-ball event, but lost 7–8 to Vitaly Pazura. Sánchez was the runner-up at the 2017 Austrian Open, defeated in the final 9-2 by Mario He. In 2022 Sánchez won the U.S. Open 9-Ball Championship defeating Max Lechner in the final 13-10. Mark Gray (born 16 August 1973) is an English professional pool player and former professional snooker player. Snooker career Born in 1973, Gray turned professional in 1992. He made little progress in any tournament until the 1997/1998 season, when he reached the last 64 at the German Open - losing 1–5 to Karl Broughton - the last 48 at the Thailand Masters, where Chris Small whitewashed him 5–0, and later made his first appearance in the last 32 at a ranking event, in the 1998 British Open.
