2019 PDC World Cup Of Darts
The 2019 BetVictor World Cup of Darts was the ninth edition of the PDC World Cup of Darts. It took place from 6–9 June 2019 at the Barclaycard Arena (Hamburg), Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany. The Dutch pairing of Michael van Gerwen and Raymond van Barneveld were the reigning champions, after beating the Scottish duo Peter Wright (darts player), Peter Wright and Gary Anderson (darts player), Gary Anderson 3–1 in the 2018 PDC World Cup of Darts, 2018 final. Although Van Gerwen was able to defend his title, Jermaine Wattimena was selected ahead of Van Barneveld for the Netherlands. However, they lost 2–1 to the Republic of Ireland in the semi-finals. Barclaycard Arena (Hamburg)
Barclays Arena (originally known as the Color Line Arena and formerly known as barclaycard arena and O2 World Hamburg) is a multipurpose arena in Hamburg, Germany. It opened in 2002 and can hold up to 16,000 people (13,800 or 12,947 for sporting events). Steve Lennon
Steve Lennon (born 25 November 1993) is an Irish professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Nicknamed "Scuba Steve", he reached his first major quarter-final at the 2018 Players Championship Finals. He finished as the runner-up at the 2018 Dutch Darts Masters on the PDC European Tour. Brendan Dolan
Brendan Gabriel Dolan (born 2 August 1973) is a Northern Irish professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He was the first player to hit a nine-dart finish in a "double-to-start" event (where a player must hit a double to begin play), which he achieved at the 2011 World Grand Prix, giving him the nickname the History Maker. Daryl Gurney (born 22 March 1986) is a Northern Irish professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number twenty-five; he reached a peak ranking of world number three in 2019. Kyle Anderson (darts Player)
Noel James Kyle Anderson (14 September 1987 – 24 August 2021) was an Australian professional darts player who played within the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) from 2012 to 2021. He won the 2017 Auckland Darts Masters tournament. Career He started playing darts at the age of six and had competed in tournaments since he was nine.
