2019 La Drôme Classic
The 2019 La Drôme Classic was the sixth edition of the La Drôme Classic cycle race. It was held on 3 March 2019 as a category 1.1 race on the 2019 UCI Europe Tour. The race started and finished in Livron-sur-Drôme. The race was won by French rider Alexis Vuillermoz of , ahead of fellow French riders Valentin Madouas of and Warren Barguil of . Teams Nineteen teams of up to seven riders were invited to the race. Of these teams, two were UCI WorldTour teams, sixteen were UCI Professional Continental teams, and one was a UCI Continental team. 102 of the 128 riders finished the race. 2019 UCI Europe Tour
The 2019 UCI Europe Tour was the fifteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2019 season began on 31 January 2019 with the Vuelta a Mallorca, Trofeo Porreres, Felanitx, Ses Salines, Campos and ended on 20 October 2019. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Arthur Vichot (born 26 November 1988) is a French former professional cyclist, who rode professionally between 2010 and 2020, for the and teams. He is the nephew of Frédéric Vichot, who won stages in the Tour de France in 1984 and 1985. Giovanni Visconti (born 13 January 1983) is a former Italian professional road racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI ProTeam . Livron-sur-Drôme (, literally ''Livron on Drôme''; ) is a commune in the Drôme department in southeastern France. Population History Livron was initially a rural commune.
