The 2019 Hall of Fame Open was a men's tennis tournament played on outdoor grass courts. It was the 44th edition of the event, and part of the 250 series of the 2019 ATP Tour. ATP Tour 250
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam/major tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, ATP 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments, ATP 500 tournaments. As of 2024 ATP Tour, 2024, the series included 38 tournaments, with 250 ranking points awarded to each singles champion—which accounts for the name of the series. Draws consist of 28, 32, or 48 for singles and 16 for doubles. In 2025 ATP Tour, 2025, the series includes only 30 tournaments after the retirement of three tournaments (Atlanta, Córdoba and Lyon), the downgrade of two (Estoril and Newport) and the upgrade of three tournaments to the 500 level (Dallas, Doha and Munich). Bradley Klahn
Bradley Klahn (born August 20, 1990) is an American former professional tennis player from Poway, California. Klahn played collegiate tennis at Stanford University, where he won the 2010 NCAA Singles Championships as a sophomore. His next year as a junior, he was a finalist in the NCAA Doubles Championship. He played at the 2010 US Open, taking a set from 20th seed Sam Querrey before being defeated in four sets. Klahn received a wild card into the 2011 SAP Open. He underwent back surgery in February 2015 and did not resume playing until late 2016, accepting a wild card into qualifying for the Challenger event in Champaign-Urbana and winning three matches to reach the main draw, where he defeated Sam Groth in the first round and Tennys Sandgren in the second before falling to Jared Donaldson in the quarterfinals. Leander Paes
Leander Adrian Paes ( ; born 17 June 1973) is an Indian former professional tennis player and the first Asian man to be inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame. He is regarded as one of the greatest doubles tennis players of all-time and holds the record for the most doubles wins in the Davis Cup. Paes won eight men's doubles and ten mixed doubles Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam titles. Marcus Daniell
Marcus Daniell (born 9 November 1989) is a New Zealand former professional tennis player. He reached his career-high ATP doubles ranking of world No. 34 on 29 January 2018 after reaching the quarterfinals of the Australian Open. He won a bronze medal in the men's doubles at the 2020 Summer Olympics, alongside Michael Venus. Artem Sitak
Artem Yurievich Sitak ( ; ; born 8 February 1986) is a Russian-born New Zealand former professional tennis player. On 11 August 2008, he reached his highest ATP singles ranking of World No. 299, whilst his highest doubles ranking of World No. 32 was reached on 10 September 2018, after the US Open. He is the younger brother of Dmitri Sitak, who was also a professional tennis player. Jonathan Erlich
Jonathan Dario "Yoni" Erlich (; born 5 April 1977) is an Israeli former professional tennis player. During his career, he was mainly a doubles specialist, having won the men's doubles title at the 2008 Australian Open – Men's doubles, 2008 Australian Open with Andy Ram. He attained his career-high doubles ranking of world No. 5 in July 2008. Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi
Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi ( Punjabi, ; born 17 Mar 1980) is a Pakistani professional tennis player who specialises in doubles. He is the only Pakistani player ever to reach a Grand Slam final, having done so in both men's and mixed doubles at the 2010 US Open, alongside Rohan Bopanna and Květa Peschke respectively. Santiago González Torre (; born 24 February 1983) is a Mexican professional tennis player. His career-high ATP ranking is World No. 7 in doubles, achieved on 13 November 2023. Viktor Troicki
Viktor Troicki ( sr-Cyrl, Виктор Троицки, ; born 10 February 1986) is a Serbian tennis coach and a former professional player. He won three singles and two doubles titles on the ATP Tour. Troicki won his first ATP singles title at the 2010 Kremlin Cup, and his second and third ATP singles titles at the 2015 and 2016 Apia International Sydney. Timothy Allen Salazar Smyczek ( ; ; born December 30, 1987) is an American former professional tennis player. He made three quarterfinals on the main tour as well as the semi-finals of Newport in 2018. Additionally he won seven Challenger titles. Ramanathan Ramkumar (born 8 November 1994) is an Indian professional tennis player.
