2019 BRDC British Formula 3 Championship
The 2019 BRDC British Formula 3 Championship was a motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars held across England, with one round in Belgium. The 2019 season was the fourth organised by the British Racing Drivers' Club in the United Kingdom. The championship featured a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded drivers, and also featured the 2-litre 230-bhp Tatuus-Cosworth single seat race car in the main series. The season commenced at Oulton Park on 20 April and ended on 15 September at Donington Park, after eight triple header events for a total of twenty-four races. Clément Novalak
Clément Novalak (born 23 December 2000) is a French-Swiss racing driver set to race for Trident in the 2023 Formula 2 Championship, having previously drove for MP Motorsport. He previously raced in the FIA Formula Three Championship for Carlin and Trident and won the 2019 British F3 Championship with Carlin. Career Karting Novalak started karting in France when he was 10 years old. He won a couple of championships, his first of which was in 2015 at the WSK Super Master Series. He competed all around Europe including France, Sweden, Italy and the UK. In 2014, Novalak received backing from former karting champion and Hitech Grand Prix founder Oliver Oakes. Benjamin Pedersen (born 11 May 1999) is a Danish- American race car driver from Copenhagen, with residence in Seattle, Washington. He currently competes in IndyCar driving for A.J. Foyt Enterprises. Early career Lower formulae Pedersen began his single-seater career in 2016, driving for the Leading Edge Grand Prix in cooperation with Global Racing Group, a team set up by his father, in the F4 United States Championship. Snetterton Circuit is a motor racing course in Norfolk, England, originally opened in 1953. Silverstone Circuit is a motor racing circuit in England, near the Northamptonshire villages of Towcester, Silverstone and Whittlebury. It is the home of the British Grand Prix, which it first hosted as the 1948 British Grand Prix. Hillspeed is a motor racing team based in the United Kingdom. They currently participate in the GB3 Championship and the GB4 Championship. The team was founded in 1970 in order to run the British Saloon Car Championship entry of Morgan Ollerenshaw. In subsequent years, the team focused primarily on single-seater racing. Later, the company would also be involved in high performance road cars. Pavan Ravishankar (born 28 June 1999) is a racing driver from Singapore. Career BRDC British Formula 3 Championship Ravishankar started his British F3 career started in 2017 where he raced for Double R Racing at the final round at Donington Park where he finished 10th twice. In 2018 Ravishankar stayed with Double R Racing and raced the whole season alongside Krishnaraaj Mahadik and Linus Lundqvist, he finished on the podium twice one of which being a win at Silverstone. Ravishankar scored 153 points meaning he finished 15th in the standings. Neil Verhagen (born February 18, 2001) is a racing driver from the United States of America. Verhagen is the youngest to win the SCCA National Championship Runoffs, having accomplished this in the Formula F category. Early career Karting Neil started indoor karting along with his brother Alex. The duo trained and raced at the Grand Prix New York facilities in Mount Kisco, New York, under the instruction of racing driver Stevan McAleer. McAleer raced many classes and won the 2015 Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge in the ST class. Double R Racing is a motor racing team, which races in Formula Three and other junior levels of formula racing including the MSA Formula Championship for the 2016 season.
