2019 ABL Finals
The 2019 ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) finals was the best-of-5 championship series of the 2018–19 ABL season and the conclusion of the season's playoffs. BTN CLS Knights Indonesia and Singapore Slingers competed for the 9th championship contested by the league. After a decider game 5, CLS Knights Indonesia eventually clinched the club's first franchise championship in its history, and the second ABL Championship that came from Indonesia. CLS Knights Indonesia
BTN CLS Knights Indonesia is a basketball club based in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia that plays in the ASEAN Basketball League. Their home games are played at GOR Kertajaya Surabaya. They dissolved in 2019 to focus on developing their junior team, which consist of varsity players under the age of 21. In 2022 the team joined Malaysia's Basketball Development League under the name BBM Vikings Warriors. Hong Kong Eastern Basketball Team
The Eastern Sports Club (), also known as Hong Kong Eastern (), is a professional men's basketball team of the Eastern Sports Club. The team also known as (). Eastern competes in the Hong Kong A1 Division, and the ASEAN Basketball League since 2016. It has won the Hong Kong A1 championship three times, in 1956, 2017 and 2023. History In 2015, the team won and promoted to 2016 Hong Kong A1 Division Championship. The team became fully professional in 2016. In the same year, the club would adopt the name Hong Kong Eastern and join the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL). They won the 2016–17 ABL season, and finished as semifinalists for the next two seasons.
