2018–19 Ranji Trophy Group B
The 2018–19 Ranji Trophy was the 85th season of the Ranji Trophy, the first-class cricket tournament that took place in India. It was contested by 37 teams, divided into four groups, with nine teams in Group B. The group stage ran from 1 November 2018 to 10 January 2019. The top five teams across 2018–19 Ranji Trophy Group A, Group A and Group B progressed to the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy#Quarter-finals, quarter-finals of the competition. Ahead of Delhi cricket team, Delhi's first match, in round two of the tournament, Gautam Gambhir stepped down as captain of the side. Nitish Rana was appointed as the new captain of the team. In December 2018, Gambhir announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. Gambhir went on to score 112 in his final innings, his 43rd century in first-class cricket. The Kerala cricket team is a domestic cricket team based in the Indian state of Kerala. It is in the Elite Group of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first class cricket tournament in India. Himachal Pradesh Cricket Team
The Himachal Pradesh cricket team is an Indian cricket team based in Himachal Pradesh. It has competed in the Ranji Trophy since the 1985–86 season. They have won their first domestic trophy, by winning the 2021–22 edition of Vijay Hazare Trophy. Playing history Himachal Pradesh lost all five of their matches in both 1985–86 and 1987–88 seasons by an innings. They won for the first time when they beat Services by one wicket in 1990–91.
