Melaka United Football Club () was a defunct Malaysian professional football club based in Malacca that competes in the Malaysia Super League. They were owned by Kenteam Sdn Bhd which is one of nitrile glove producer in Malaysia. Previously, the club's home ground since then has been Hang Tuah Stadium before moving to Hang Jebat Stadium in Paya Rumput / Krubong in 1924. Muhammad Zamir bin Selamat (born 9 June 1989) is a Malaysian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Zamir previously played for Harimau Muda, Johor Darul Ta'zim, PKNS and Perak. Club career PKNS Zamir rejoined PKNS at the end of 2016 after his contract with Perak expired. On 4 February 2017, Zamir made his first appearance for the club in a 5–3 win over Selangor in Malaysia Super League match. Steven Thicot (born 14 February 1987) is a French footballer who plays as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder for Scottish League One side Clyde. Mohamad Faris Shah bin Mohd Rosli (born 17 April 1995) is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Malaysia Super League club Penang. Nicholas Ryan Swirad (born 28 May 1991) is an English-born Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Malaysia Super League side Kuala Lumpur City. Mohd Faizal bin Muhamad (born 3 March 1989) is a Malaysian football player who plays as centre-back for Malaysian club Melaka United. He is also a former member of Malaysia senior football team and Malaysia U-23 squad. In November 2010, Faizal was called up to the Malaysia national squad by coach K.
