Royal Albert Hall
The Royal Albert Hall is a concert hall on the northern edge of South Kensington, London, England. It has a seating capacity of 5,272. Since the hall's opening by Queen Victoria in 1871, the world's leading artists from many performance genres have appeared on its stage. Rupert Murdoch buys a struggling newspaper, ''The Sun'', intending to make the paper a must-read news source and hires editor Larry Lamb. Productions Almeida Production Directed by Rupert Goold, the play began previews at the Almeida Theatre on 17 June 2017, with an official opening night on 27 June. It played a limited run to 5 August. The cast included Bertie Carvel as Rupert Murdoch and Richard Coyle as the editor of ''The Sun'', Larry Lamb. Reviews were generally favorable. Dominion Theatre
The Dominion Theatre is a West End theatre and former cinema on Tottenham Court Road, close to St Giles Circus and Centre Point, in the London Borough of Camden. Planned as primarily a musical theatre, it opened in 1929, but the following year became a cinema—it hosted the London premiere of Charlie Chaplin's '' City Lights'' with Chaplin in attendance—and in 1933 after liquidation of the controlling company was sold to Gaumont cinema chain, which later became part of the Rank Organisation. The Victoria Palace Theatre is a West End theatre in Victoria Street, in the City of Westminster. Sidney Aaron "Paddy" Chayefsky (; January 29, 1923 – August 1, 1981) was an American playwright, screenwriter and novelist. He is the only person to have won three solo Academy Awards for writing both adapted and original screenplays. He was one of the most renowned dramatists of the Golden Age of Television. Lee Hall (born 20 September 1966) is an English writer and lyricist. He is best known for writing the screenplay for the film ''Billy Elliot'' (2000) and the book and lyrics for its adaptation as Billy Elliot (musical), a stage musical of the same name. In addition, he wrote the play ''The Pitmen Painters (play), The Pitmen Painters'' (2007), and the screenplays for the films War Horse (film), ''War Horse'' and ''Rocketman (film), Rocketman'' (2019).
