2018 F3 Asian Championship
The 2018 F3 Asian Championship was a multi-event, Formula Three, Formula 3 Open-wheel car, open-wheel single seater Motorsport, motor racing championship held across Asia. The championship features a mix of professional and amateur drivers, competing in Formula 3 cars that conform to the FIA Formula 3 regulations for the championship. This is the inaugural season of the championship. The season commenced on 14 July at Sepang International Circuit and concluded on 25 November at the same venue, after fifteen races to be held at five meetings. 2018 Blancpain GT Series Asia
The 2018 Blancpain GT Series Asia was the second season of the Blancpain GT Series Asia, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars in Asia co-promoted by the Stéphane Ratel Organisation, SRO Motorsports Group and Team Asia One GT Management. The races were contested with Group GT3, GT3-spec and Group GT4, GT4-spec cars. The season began on 14 April at Sepang International Circuit, Sepang and ended on 14 October at Ningbo International Circuit, Ningbo. Raoul Joshua Hyman (born 12 May 1996) is a South African racing driver, he has competed in the Super Formula Championship for B-Max Racing. He is the 2022 Formula Regional Americas and 2018 F3 Asian Champion. Career Lower formulae Hyman made his car racing debut in 2013, competing in the BRDC Formula 4 Championship with HHC Motorsport. He finished seventh in the standings, having taken four podiums. He returned to BRDC F4 in 2014, once again driving for HHC alongside Sennan Fielding and Will Palmer. The Sepang 1000 km Endurance Race is a endurance racing event held annually since 2009 at the Sepang International Circuit in December. The race was created out of the success of the 12-hour Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race, but unlike the MMER is a touring car race and is limited to cars with an engine capacity of under . Pinnacle Motorsport (formerly PRT Racing) is an Irish licensed, Philippines based motor racing team founded in 2016 by Irish former racers John O'Hara and Gary Thompson. China Formula Grand Prix (CFGP) (), formerly known as Asian Geely Formula International Open Competition, is an open wheel formula racing class in China. The car, co-designed by Geely, China's biggest private-owned vehicle producer and racing cars production company Van Diemen, marks the first time that a Chinese domestic car producer is involved in the racing car design. CFGP uses a 1.8-litre 4G18 engine; the car weighs 490 kg and has a maximum speed of 240 km/h. The engine can produce 140 bhp at 6,300 rpm and 172 N/m of torque at 4,100 rpm.
