2018 Ceres–Negros F.C. Season
The 2018 season is Ceres–Negros F.C., Ceres–Negros Football Club's 7th in existence and the club's 2nd season in the top flight of Philippine football. Ceres competed in the 2018 Philippines Football League, Philippines Football League, Copa Paulino Alcantara, and 2018 AFC Cup, AFC Cup. It covers a period from January 16 to September 22, 2018. They made their first appearance in the 2018 AFC Champions League, AFC Champions League qualifying playoff winning over Burmese club Shan United and securing an upset victory against Australian side Brisbane Roar. They failed to progress to the tournament proper after they were knocked off by Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian. Antonio "Toni" Doblas Santana (born 5 August 1980) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He spent the better part of his professional career with Betis, appearing in 95 competitive matches and winning one Copa del Rey. He also had several spells with Xerez and Zaragoza. Jerry Sardua Barbaso (born 18 April 1988) is a Filipino footballer who plays as a defender for Philippines Football League club Maharlika Manila and the Philippines national team. Early life Barbaso was born into an ethnic Cebuano family in Dipolog. Barbaso's father died when he was four. Stephan Schröck
Stephan Markus Cabizares Schröck (; born 21 August 1986) is a football coach and professional player who plays as an attacking midfielder or winger. Born in Germany to a German father and Filipino mother, Schröck was a youth international for Germany but switched to the Philippines at the senior level. He began his professional career in Germany with Greuther Fürth and was part of the squad that won the 2011–12 2. Bundesliga.
