MC Alger
Mouloudia Club d'Alger ( ar, نادي مولودية الجزائر), referred to as MC Alger or MCA for short, is an Algerian football club based in Algiers. The club was founded in 1921 and its colours are red, green and white. Their home stadium, the Stade 5 Juillet 1962, has a capacity of 65,000 spectators. They also receive their opponents in Omar Hamadi Stadium. The club is currently playing in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1. ( ar, نادي مولودية وهران), known as , commonly referred to as MC Oran for short, is a football club based in Oran, Algeria. Founded on 1 January 1917 and formed again on 14 May 1946, the club was known as Mouloudia Chaâbia Ouahrania from 1971 to 1977, Mouloudia Pétroliers d'Oran ( ar, مولودية نفط وهران, MP Oran for a short) from 1977 to 1987 and Mouloudia d'Oran from 1987 to 1989. Ayoub Azzi ( ar, أيوب عزي; born 14 September 1989 in Ouargla) is an Algerian footballer. He plays primarily for Al-Markhiya as a centre-back but has also been used as a right-back. 2017 CAF Confederation Cup Knockout Stage
The 2017 CAF Confederation Cup knockout stage was played from 8 September to 25 November 2017. A total of eight teams competed in the knockout stage to decide the champions of the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup. Qualified teams The winners and runners-up of each of the four groups in the group stage advanced to the quarter-finals. Format In the knockout stage, the eight teams played a single-elimination tournament. Each tie was played on a home-and-away two-legged basis. If the aggregate score was tied after the second leg, the away goals rule would be applied, and if still tied, extra time would not be played, and the penalty shoot-out would be used to determine the winner (Regulations III. 26 & 27). 2017 CAF Confederation Cup Group Stage
The 2017 CAF Confederation Cup group stage was played from 12 May to 9 July 2017. A total of 16 teams competed in the group stage to decide the eight places in the knockout stage of the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup. Draw The draw for the group stage was held on 26 April 2017, 14:00 EET (UTC+2), at the CAF Headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. The 16 teams, all winners of the play-off round of qualifying, were drawn into four groups of four.
