Bermudian Premier Division
The Bermudian Premier Division (officially the Digicel Premier Division for sponsorship reasons) is the highest level of professional football in Bermuda. Teams in this league (currently ten) compete for the national title and theoretically can claim a spot in the CONCACAF Caribbean Club Shield, although there has not yet been a Bermudian entry. The Bermudian clubs who participated in CONCACAF Champions' Cup (the predecessor to the CONCACAF Champions League), qualified in the North American zone (when zone qualifiers were used), last appearing in 1992. The bottom two teams at the end of each season are relegated to the First Division. Devonshire Cougars
Devonshire Cougars is a football club based in Devonshire, Bermuda and are in the Bermudian Premier Division league. Team colours are Green and Yellow. They are also known as the "Big Cats". History The club has won the Bermudian league title 4 times, in 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2013. They won their most recent title in March 2013 when Somerset Eagles beat Cougars' final challengers North Village Rams to pull them out of the title race. In the 2009–10 season, Devonshire Cougars won their first FA Cup after defeating the Somerset Eagles 2–2. Cougars found themselves trailing at the interval after conceding two goals in as many minutes just before halftime. Player/coach Kwame Steede pulled one goal back for the Cougars in normal time and Darius Cox's hopeful punt from the halfway line completed a dramatic injury time comeback. Somerset Cricket Club Trojans is a Bermudian football club based in Somerset that competes in the Bermudian Premier Division. History Trojans were formed in 1964 after a merger between ''West End Rovers'' and 2nd division ''Somerset Colts''. Rovers were founded as ''West End SC'' in the 1930s. They are Bermuda's most successful team, winning the league a record 10 times. In April 2015, Trojans won their first league title in 22 years and their tenth in total after beating Southampton Rangers 3–0. North Village Rams is a Bermudian football club based in Pembroke Parish who participate in the Bermudian Premier Division. History The club, also named ''North Village Community Club'', has won the Bermudian league title eight times. On 17 July 2013 the club signed a development partnership contract with Scottish side Rangers. Dandy Town Hornets F.C. is a professional football club based in Pembroke Parish, Bermuda, that currently competes in the Bermudian Premier Division. Team colours are brown and gold. The club also has a ladies team and a strong youth section. PHC Zebras
The Pembroke Hamilton Club Zebras is a Bermudian football club who participate in the Bermudian Premier Division. They play their home games on PHC Field at "Stadium Lane", which was reopened in 2015 after 17 years. It was named Warwick Stadium when it hosted its first match in the Bermuda Football Union. History PHC Zebras have won the Bermudian Premier Division title 11 times and the Bermuda FA Cup 11 times but only three times since 1980.
