2017 Premier League Asia Trophy
The 2017 Premier League Asia Trophy was the eighth edition of the Premier League Asia Trophy. Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Leicester City and West Bromwich Albion competed for the Premier League Asia Trophy. It was held in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Stadium from 19–22 July 2017. It was the first edition with four Premier League teams to compete and therefore not feature a side from the host country. Liverpool won their first title following their 2–1 victory over Leicester City in the final. Christian Fuchs (; born 7 April 1986) is an Austrian former professional footballer who played as a left back. He began his senior career as a teenager at Wiener Neustadt before signing his first professional contract at 17 with SV Mattersburg, challenging for the Austrian Football Bundesliga title and taking part in European competitions. Bobby Madley
Robert Madley (born 6 October 1985) is an English professional football referee who was on the list of Select Group Referees who officiate primarily in the Premier League between 2013 and 2018. He officiated in the Football League as a referee from 2010 and was one of the youngest officials to progress to the top-flight of English football. Madley was previously one of the referee development officers for the West Riding County Football Association before taking up a full-time role with the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL). Divock Okoth Origi (born 18 April 1995) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a forward for club AC Milan and the Belgium national team. Origi began his career at Lille, and scored on his professional debut for them in 2013. A year and a half later, he was signed for £10 million by Premier League club Liverpool, who loaned him back to Lille for the 2014–15 Ligue 1 season. Dominic Ayodele Solanke-Mitchell (born 14 September 1997), known as Dominic Solanke, is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for side AFC Bournemouth. Jonathan Kisolokele Leko (born 24 April 1999) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Milton Keynes Dons. He began his career with West Bromwich Albion, made his senior debut as a 16-year-old in 2015, and spent time on loan at Bristol City and Charlton Athletic.
