Matteo Trentin won in a time of 5hr22'51", two bike lengths ahead of Søren Kragh Andersen. Niki Terpstra was third. Route The race started in Brou, Eure-et-Loir, Brou, 70 km west of Paris, and finished in Tours, in the center-west of France, after 234.5 km of racing. 2017 UCI Europe Tour
The 2017 UCI Europe Tour was the thirteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2017 season began on 26 January 2017 with the Vuelta a Mallorca, Trofeo Santanyí-Ses Salines-Campos and ended on 17 October 2017 with the Nationale Sluitingsprijs. Belgium, Belgian rider Baptiste Planckaert (), who scored 1,605 points in the 2016 UCI Europe Tour, 2016 edition, was the defending champion of the UCI Europe Tour. Nacer Bouhanni () won the overall standings for the second time in three years; won the team classification, while France won both the overall nations' title and the under-23 equivalent. André Greipel
André Greipel (born 16 July 1982) is a German cyclist, who rode professionally in road bicycle racing between 2005 and 2021. Since his retirement from road racing, Greipel has worked as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental teams and , and in 2023, he became the national road coach for the German Cycling Federation. He also competes in masters cycling events for RC Schmitter Köln. During his professional career, Greipel competed as a sprinter (cycling), pure sprinter and took a total of 158 wins. His major successes included 22 stage victories at Grand Tour (cycling), Grand Tours, the most by a German rider: 11 at the Tour de France, 4 at the Vuelta a España, and 7 at the Giro d'Italia, while he also won the Points classification in the Vuelta a España, points classification in the 2009 Vuelta a España. Jean-Pierre Drucker
Jean-Pierre "Jempy" Drucker (born 3 September 1986) is a retired Luxembourgish professional racing cyclist. Career Fidea (2004–2008) Born in Sandweiler, Drucker signed with in 2004, a team specializing in cyclo-cross, at age 18. He rode with this team for five seasons, winning two elite national cyclo-cross championships. He was selected to represent Luxembourg at the World Road Race Championships in 2008, but failed to finish. Team Differdange (2009–2010) For the 2009 season, Drucker joined . Mike Teunissen (born 25 August 1992) is a Dutch bicycle racing, racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Yves Lampaert (born 10 April 1991) is a Belgian professional road racing cyclist, who rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Lampaert practiced judo from the age of six, earned a Black belt (martial arts), black belt, but at the age of 17 started training in cycling.
