The 2017 EBSA European Under-21 Snooker Championship was an amateur snooker tournament that is taking place from 8 March to 12 March 2017 in Nicosia, Cyprus. It is the 21st edition of the EBSA European Under-21 Snooker Championships and also doubles as a World Snooker Tour#Other qualification routes, qualification event for the World Snooker Tour. Fergal Quinn (born 11 March 2000) is a Northern Irish professional snooker player from County Tyrone. He has earned a two-year card on the World Snooker Tour starting with the 2025–26 snooker season. Early life From Coalisland, County Tyrone, Quinn started playing snooker as an eight year-old.
