The 2017 China Tour was the fourth season of the China Tour, the main professional golf tour in China since separating from the PGA Tour China in 2017. Maverick Antcliff
Maverick Antcliff (born 7 April 1993) is an Australian professional golfer currently playing on the European Tour. In 2019, he won the China Tour Order of Merit, the same year he achieved his first three professional wins. Career Antcliff hails from Beaudesert, Queensland, about an hour south of Brisbane, just like fellow golfer Jason Day. He attended Hills International College as a teenager. Antcliff accepted a golf scholarship to Augusta State University, and played golf with the Jaguars' men's golf team 2013–2016. After turning pro in 2016 Antcliff found himself near the top of the leaderboard in a number of events on the Asian Tour and the PGA Tour of Australasia in 2017 and 2018, but wins proved elusive. 2018 European Tour
The 2018 European Tour is the 47th season of golf tournaments since the European Tour officially began in 1972 and the 10th edition of the Race to Dubai. The Race to Dubai was won by Italian Francesco Molinari, who was also named Golfer of the Year. India's Shubhankar Sharma was named Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year. Changes for 2018 There were changes to membership criteria with the reversal of some of the changes introduced for the 2017 season; the number of players gaining exemption from the final Race to Dubai standings reverted to the top 110 and the Access List was scrapped, largely replaced by a re-ranking system. The Race to Dubai points system was adjusted, with all prize money being converted into US dollars before translating into points (1 point = 1 dollar) having previously been calculated after converting into euro. Callum Tarren (born 2 October 1990) is an English professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour. Amateur career Tarren attended Radford University from 2011 to 2014. Oliver James Farr (born 25 March 1988) is a Welsh professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He has won three times on the Challenge Tour. Professional career Farr played on mini-tours after turning professional. He finished first on the 2013 PGA EuroPro Tour Order of Merit to earn his Challenge Tour card for 2014. He won the Turkish Airlines Challenge in May 2014. He finished the season 10th in the Order of Merit to earn a place on the European Tour for 2015.
