CD Tenerife
Club Deportivo Tenerife, S.A.D. is a Spanish football club based in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife, in the Canary Islands. Founded in 1922, the club plays in the Segunda División, holding home matches at the Estadio Heliodoro Rodríguez López, with a 22,824-seat capacity. The traditional home colours are white shirts and blue shorts. Tenerife has a history playing in the top flight of La Liga. They have been promoted to the top tier on four occasions, including a 10-year stint from 1989 to 1999. The club managed to finish as high as fifth in the league table on two occasions during that period, which qualified them for the first round of the UEFA Cup. Haythem Jouini (; born 7 May 1993) is a Tunisian professional footballer who plays for Dibba Al-Hisn as a forward. Aarón Ñíguez Esclápez (born 26 April 1989) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a winger. Aitor Sanz Martín (born 13 September 1984) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Tenerife. He amassed Segunda División totals of 383 games and 11 goals over 13 seasons, in service of Real Unión and Tenerife. Club career Sanz was born in Madrid. Iñaki Sáenz Arenzana (born 29 April 1988) is a Spanish footballer who plays for UD Logroñés. Mainly a central midfielder, he can also play as a left back. Jesús Manuel 'Suso' Santana Abreu (born 2 March 1985) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a right winger. He started his professional career with Tenerife, but was loaned several times to lower league teams until the end of his contract. Anthony Rubén Lozano Colón (born 25 April 1993), nicknamed Choco, is a Honduran professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liga MX club Santos Laguna and captains the Honduras national team.
