2016 Michigan State Spartans Football Team
The 2016 Michigan State Spartans football team represented Michigan State University during the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Spartans played in the East Division of the Big Ten Conference and played their home games at Spartan Stadium (East Lansing), Spartan Stadium in East Lansing, Michigan. They were led by head coach Mark Dantonio, who was in his tenth season. Mark Dantonio
Mark Justin Dantonio (born March 9, 1956) is an American college football coach and former player. His most recent head coaching position was at Michigan State University, a position he had held from 2007 to 2019. He led the Michigan State Spartans football, Michigan State Spartans to three Big Ten Conference championships, and eight victories over archrival Michigan Wolverines football, Michigan in 13 years. Jack Allen (born September 24, 1992) is an American former professional football center. He played college football for Michigan State.
