2016 Asian Beach Games
The 5th Asian Beach Games () was held in Da Nang, Vietnam. It was the second time for Vietnam to host an Asian multi-sports event, after Hanoi held the 2009 Asian Indoor Games. This was only the first time that an event was not held in Hanoi. Logo The Games' logo is designed to simulate the waves and sand, as well as the healthy and active athletes participating in the Games. With the power of sports, all parts of the logo rise up to form a large V shape (which means "Vietnam", "Victory" or the fifth Roman numeral which is read as "V") which confirms the role of the host countries, highlighting the spirit of competition as well as the aspirations of the athletes to win. The combination of sea and sand waved together reflects the strength and strong wills of the Vietnamese, carries a friendly and welcoming message to all athletes and represents the solidarity and friendship of Asia. 2020 Asian Beach Games
The Sixth Asian Beach Games () is due to be held in Sanya, China. Sanya will be the second Chinese city to host the Asian Beach Games, after Haiyang in 2012. Originally scheduled to be held from 28 November to 6 December 2020, on 10 August 2020, OCA announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Games would be postponed to 2-10 April 2021. But on 31 December, OCA announced another postponement, with the new dates of the Games to be announced later "by consultation between the stakeholders". On 18 May 2025, OCA announced that the Sixth Asian Beach Games will now take place from April 22 to 30, 2026. Football Thai Factory Sporting Goods Co, Ltd., known as FBT, is a Thai sports equipment company founded in 1952. It operates over 300 stores nationwide and exports to over 40 countries worldwide. History In 1947, the founder of FBT, Kamol Chokephaibulkit emigrated from China to Bangkok, Thailand. Initially working as a leather repairman, his interest in sports equipment began in 1950, when he was asked to repair an imported football.
