2015–2017 ICC Intercontinental Cup
The 2015–2017 ICC Intercontinental Cup was the seventh edition of the ICC Intercontinental Cup, an international first-class cricket tournament between leading associate members of the International Cricket Council (ICC). The tournament took place during 2015 to 2017. It ran in parallel with the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship, but with slightly different teams. As Ireland and Afghanistan had qualified for the ICC One Day International Championship ranking qualification process, they were replaced by Kenya and Nepal in the limited over event; however they continued to play the four-day event. International Cricket Council
The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the global Sports governing body, governing body of cricket. It was founded as the Imperial Cricket Conference in 1909 by representatives from Australia, England, and South Africa. Jamie Atkinson
James John Atkinson (born August 1990) is an international cricketer who plays cricket for Hong Kong. He also captained the Hong Kong cricket team before stepping down in May 2015. A wicket-keeper, Atkinson has also represented Hong Kong at the under-19 level, and was part of their squad in the 2010 U-19 Cricket World Cup. He was the first player (either male or female) born in the 1990s to play in ODI cricket as he made his debut at the age of 17 in 2008 against Pakistan during the 2008 Asia Cup. Haseeb Amjad
Haseeb Amjad (born 11 November 1987) is a Hong Kong cricketer. He played for Hong Kong in the 2014 ICC World Twenty20 tournament. He made his One Day International (ODI) debut against Afghanistan in the 2014 ACC Premier League on 1 May 2014. Amjad played seven ODIs and 18 Twenty20 Internationals for the national side. In October 2018, he was charged with five offences under the ICC Anti-Corruption Code. In August 2019, the ICC banned him for five years from all forms of cricket. In cricket, a batsman is not out if they come out to bat in an innings and have not been dismissed by the end of an innings. The batsman is also ''not out'' while their innings is still in progress. Occurrence At least one batter is not out at the end of every innings, because once ten batters are out, the eleventh has no partner to bat on with, so the innings ends. Usually, two batters finish not out if the batting side declares in first-class cricket, and often at the end of the scheduled number of overs in limited overs cricket. Charles Amini
Charles Jordan Alewa Amini, also known as CJ Amini, (born 14 April 1992) is a Papua New Guinea cricketer. He is the son of Kune Amini and brother of Chris Amini, who both have also represented PNG. Playing career Charles led Papua New Guinea's successful campaign in the ICC East Asia-Pacific Under-15 Cricket 8's in 2006/07. Anshuman Rath
Anshuman Rath (born 5 November 1997) is a Hong Kong cricketer who previously captained the Hong Kong national cricket team. In September 2019, he retired from the Hong Kong national team to pursue a career in India. In August 2021, he became eligible to play as a local player in India as an Indian passport holder, and had represented Odisha since the 2021–22 Indian domestic cricket season. Rath returned to Hong Kong's squad for the Hong Kong Quadrangular Series in March 2023. Nadeem Ahmed (born 28 September 1987) is a Pakistani-born Hong Kong cricketer who appeared in one One Day International against Pakistan in 2004; he bowled 10 overs without taking a wicket and scored 1. Declaration And Forfeiture
In the sport of cricket, a declaration occurs when a captain declares their team's innings closed and a forfeiture occurs when a captain chooses to forfeit an innings without batting. 2015 ICC World Cricket League Division Two
The 2015 ICC World Cricket League Division Two was a cricket divisional tournament organised by the International Cricket Council. It formed part of the ICC World Cricket League and a qualification pathway for the ICC World Cup 2019. The tournament was held in Namibia from 17 to 24 January 2015.
