2015–16 Bermudian Premier Division
The 2015–16 season of the Bermudian Premier Division (also known as the '' Cingular Wireless Premier Division'' for sponsorship reasons) is the 53rd season of top-tier football in Bermuda. It started on 27 September 2015 and finished on 10 April 2016. Somerset Trojans were the defending champions, having won their 10th top tier title last season. Dandy Town Hornets won their 8th title this season. Changes from 2014–15 At the end of the 2014–15 season, Flanagan's Onions and St. George's Colts were relegated after finishing 9th and 10th in the competition. They were replaced by the champions and runners-up of the First Division, Boulevard Blazers and Devonshire Colts. Bermudian Premier Division
The Bermudian Premier Division (officially the Digicel Premier Division for sponsorship reasons) is the highest level of professional Association football, football in Bermuda. Clubs compete for the national title and a spot in the CONCACAF Caribbean Club Shield. The Bermudian clubs who participated in CONCACAF Champions' Cup (the predecessor to the CONCACAF Champions League), qualified in the North American Football Union, North American zone. The bottom two clubs at the end of each season are relegated to the Bermuda First Division, First Division. Dandy Town Hornets FC
Dandy Town Hornets F.C. is a professional football club in Pembroke Parish, Bermuda, that currently competes in the Bermudian Premier Division. Team colours are brown and gold. The club also has a ladies team and a strong youth section. History Founded in 1973, the club fall under auspices of the Western Stars Sports Club and have won the Bermudian league title eight times in their history. Their seventh was in March 2014, with a victory over the Devonshire Cougars, and their eighth was in March 2016 after taking an unassailable lead over nearest challengers Robin Hood with two games to spare. 'Somerset'' is a small, Unincorporated area, unincorporated village in the northwest area of Bermuda, located in Sandys Parish, Bermuda, Sandys Parish. Warwick Parish
Warwick Parish is one of the nine parishes of Bermuda. It is named after Robert Rich, 2nd Earl of Warwick (1587-1658). It is located in the central south of the island chain, occupying part of the main island to the southeast of the Great Sound, the large expanse of water which dominates the geography of western Bermuda, and also a number of islands which lie within that sound. It is joined to Southampton Parish in the southwest, and to Paget Parish in the northeast. As with most of Bermuda's parishes, it covers just over 2.3 square miles (about 6.0 km2 or 1500 acres). North Village Rams is a Bermudian professional football club based in Pembroke Parish who participate in the Bermudian Premier Division. History The club, also named ''North Village Community Club'', has won the Bermudian league title eight times. Pembroke Parish, Bermuda
Pembroke Parish is one of the nine parishes of Bermuda. It is named after English aristocrat William Herbert, 3rd Earl of Pembroke (1580–1630). It occupies most of the short peninsula which juts from the central north coast of Bermuda's main island, and surrounds the city of Hamilton on three sides (the fourth being taken up by the shore of Hamilton Harbour). As such, its shape bears some passing resemblance to the county of Pembrokeshire in Wales.
