Seinäjoen Jalkapallokerho
Seinäjoen Jalkapallokerho (or SJK Seinäjoki or SJK) is a Finnish professional football club from the city of Seinäjoki. The club plays in the Veikkausliiga, the highest tier of the Finnish league system. Their home ground is OmaSP Stadion, which is located near the city center and next to SJK's training facility Wallsport. SJK was formed in 2007 after the merger of TP-Seinäjoki and Sepsi-78. History The early years SJK was formed on 5 November 2007 as a merger between the first teams of TP-Seinäjoki and Sepsi-78. It was told to the public five days later. Sepsi-78 had a board meeting on 24 October and TP-Seinäjoki on the next day. Both clubs supported the merger. Sepsi-78 and TP both gave up their place in Kakkonen. Wayne Jonathan Brown (born 6 August 1988) is an English former footballer who played as a midfielder. He is a Fulham FC academy graduate starting at the club from 13 to 21 years old, making his way up through the ranks to the first team and to the Premier League. He had loan spells with Brentford, TPS and Bristol Rovers before joining the side permanently on a 2-year contract in May 2010. Mihkel Aksalu
Mihkel Aksalu (born 7 November 1984) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Meistriliiga club Paide Linnameeskond. Club career Kuressaare Aksalu joined the youth system of his hometown club Kuressaare and played for their reserve team Muhumaa (renamed Sörve in 2002). Henri Aalto (born 20 April 1989) is a Finnish professional football defender who plays for Finnish Veikkausliiga club Honka. He began his senior club career playing for Honka and made his league debut at age 19 in 2008. He helped Honka win two successive League Cup titles and the Finnish Cup. Bahrudin Atajić (born 16 November 1993) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Swedish side BK Olympic. He was born and grew up in Sweden and holds dual citizenship. Roope Riski (born 16 August 1991) is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a forward for HJK Helsinki. Teemu Penninkangas
Teemu Penninkangas (born 24 July 1992) is a Finnish footballer who plays as a left-back for Finnish club Gnistan. Career SJK Penninkangas won the Veikkausliiga title with SJK in 2015. It was also the first title in club history. Penninkangas made his SJK debut in 2010, back when the club was playing in Kakkonen, the third tier of Finnish football.
