Minnesota United FC is an American professional soccer club based in Saint Paul, Minnesota that plays in the Western Conference of Major League Soccer. The club began play in 2017 as the league's 22nd club, and replaced the North American Soccer League (NASL) franchise of the same name. The club played its home games at TCF Bank Stadium, on the campus of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, for its first two seasons in MLS play. Tampa Bay Rowdies
The Tampa Bay Rowdies are an American professional soccer team based in St. Petersburg, Florida. The club was founded in 2008 and first took the pitch in 2010. Since 2017, the Rowdies have been members of the USL Championship in the second tier of the American soccer pyramid. They formerly played in USSF Division 2 (in 2010) and the North American Soccer League (NASL) (from 2011 to 2016), which were also second-tier leagues. Minnesota Thunder was an American professional soccer team based in Minnesota, United States. Founded in 1990, the team played in the USL First Division (USL-1), the second tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, until 2009. Brian Kallman
Brian Kallman (born April 23, 1984) is an American retired soccer player who played for Minnesota United FC in the North American Soccer League. He announced his retirement from professional soccer in January 2016. Career Youth and collegiate Kallman attended and lettered three years at Woodbury Senior High School and played three years of college soccer at Jacksonville University, before transferring to Creighton University for his senior season. He was his team's captain at Jacksonville, while at Creighton he was named to the Diadora Challenge All Tournament Team and Portland Invitational All Tournament Team. Des Moines Menace is an American soccer team based in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. Founded in 1994, the team plays in USL League Two, the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid. Brent Kallman (born October 4, 1990) is an American professional soccer player who plays for Major League Soccer club Minnesota United FC. His siblings Brian and Kassey are also professional soccer players. Brian formerly played for Minnesota United when the team competed in the North American Soccer League. Tiago Coelho Branco Calvano (born 19 May 1981), sometimes known as just Tiago, is a former Brazilian footballer. Career Calvano is a defender with Italian citizenship who made 13 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A appearances for Botafogo before moving to Europe. The New Mexico Lobos men's soccer team represented the University of New Mexico in all NCAA Division I men's soccer competitions from 1983 until 2018.
