2015 Miami EPrix
The 2015 Miami ePrix, formally the ''2015 FIA Formula E Miami ePrix'', was a Formula E motor race held on March 14, 2015 at the Biscayne Bay Street Circuit, Miami, United States. It was the fifth championship race of the single-seater, electrically powered racing car series' inaugural season. The race was won by Nicolas Prost. Miami was subsequently dropped from the Formula E schedule for the 2015–16 season, before the return in 2025 held at the Homestead–Miami Speedway. Trulli GP
Trulli GP (officially Trulli Formula E Team) was a Swiss motor racing team founded by former Formula One driver and Monaco Grand Prix winner Jarno Trulli to compete in the inaugural FIA Formula E Championship for electric cars. History On 18 June 2014, Trulli GP was announced as the tenth and final confirmed entry into the inaugural Formula E season, taking over the entry originally held by Drayson Racing. Drayson stayed on as the teams' "principal technology partner", whilst Super Nova Racing were tasked with operating the team. Jarno Trulli announced that he would drive for his own team at launch, while Italian Auto GP driver Michela Cerruti was later announced as the second driver for the team. Michela Cerruti (born 18 February 1987) is an Italian former racing driver. Career Born in Rome, Cerruti attended the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, studying Psychology. Cerruti's racing career began after her father Aldo 'Baronio' Cerruti, also a racing driver, decided to enrol her in a safe driving course with Mario Ferraris, son of Romeo Ferraris, a race-car tuner and constructor. Impressed by Michela's 'speed and instinctive car control', Ferraris convinced Cerruti's father to let her race. She debuted in the Italian Touring Endurance Championship (CITE) in 2008, racing an Alfa Romeo 147, sharing the drive with Mario Ferraris, finishing third in the class standings. Vitantonio "Tonio" Liuzzi (born 6 August 1980) is an Italian former racing driver who competed in Formula One from to . Born and raised in Bari, Liuzzi began competitive kart racing aged nine. After a successful karting career—culminating in his victory at the direct-drive Karting World Championship in 2001—Liuzzi graduated to junior formulae. He won his first title at the 2004 International Formula 3000 Championship with Arden. Liuzzi competed in Formula One for Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Force India and HRT, scoring 26 championship points across six seasons. The 2014 Beijing ePrix, formally the 2014 FIA Formula E Evergrande Spring Beijing ePrix, was a Formula E motor race that was held on 13 September 2014 at the Beijing Olympic Green Circuit in Beijing, China. It was the first Championship race of the single-seater, electrically powered racing car series' inaugural season. The race was won by Lucas di Grassi for the Audi Sport ABT team, ahead of Franck Montagny and Sam Bird. Report Race Nicolas Prost claimed pole position for the race for the e.dams-Renault team and, with the exception of one lap during the pit stops, led the race up until the final corner. That was the moment when Nick Heidfeld had closed the gap to Prost and made an overtaking manoeuvre. Prost hit Heidfeld while they were side to side, sending the German driver into a spin. Ho-Pin Tung
Ho-Pin Tung (; born December 4, 1982) is a Dutch-born racing driver who races with a Chinese license. Career Tung was born in Velp, Gelderland, Netherlands, to Chinese parents with ancestry tracing to Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Tung started kart racing in the Netherlands in 1997 before graduating to single-seaters. In 2001 he raced in the Dutch Formula Ford championship with Van Amersfoort Racing. After winning the 2003 Formula BMW Asia series, he was rewarded with a test drive with the Williams F1 team. In 2004, he joined the ATS Formel 3 Cup. Although he scored race wins and podium finishes, he finished 7th in his rookie year. Marco Michael Andretti (born March 13, 1987) is an American professional auto racing driver. He last competed part-time in the IndyCar Series, driving the No. 98 Dallara- Chevrolet for Andretti Global. Oriol Servià Imbers (born 13 July 1974) is a Spanish racing driver who competed most notably in the IndyCar Series. He raced for Dragon Racing in the 2014–15 Formula E season, and left the series prior to the 2015 Miami ePrix to become managing director for the technical and commercial partnerships of Dragon Racing. Loïc Jean-Claude Duval (; born 12 June 1982) is a French professional racing driver racing for Peugeot Sport in the FIA World Endurance Championship. Duval is a former FIA WEC champion and a winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race, winning the 2013 edition alongside Allan McNish and Tom Kristensen driving the Audi R18 for Audi Sport.
