Carlos Diego Loyzaga Manhilot (born May 21, 1995) is a Filipino model, actor and video jockey. He is known as one of the members of the male group ''Kapamilya'' Cuties. Maria Lea Carmen Imutan Salonga, ( ; born February 22, 1971) is a Filipino singer and actress. Known primarily for her work in theatre, she has starred in musicals on Broadway and in the West End. The Voice Kids (Philippines Season 2)
The second season of ''The Voice Kids'' aired on ABS-CBN from June 6 to August 30, 2015, replacing the first season of ''Your Face Sounds Familiar'', though it premiered on the same weekend as the aforementioned show's finale, and was replaced by the second season of '' Your Face Sound Familiar''. Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac and Sarah Geronimo returned to the show as coaches. Luis Manzano also returned as host, accompanied by Robi Domingo and Yeng Constantino as the show's backstage and media hosts. Elha Mae Nympha of ''Kamp Kawayan'' was named as the season's winner at the season finale aired on August 30, 2015. Her victory marks Bamboo Manalac's first win as a coach. Himig Handog (Eng: Musical Offering) is a multimedia songwriting and music video competition in the Philippines based in Quezon City. The competition is operated by ABS-CBN Corporation and its music subsidiary Star Music. The contest ran from 2000 to 2003 and was later revived in 2013. The theme of the contest has been love songs since 2002. Philippine Popular Music Festival
The Philippine Popular Music Festival (also known as Philpop) is an annual songwriting competition organized by the Philpop MusicFest Foundation and was launched in 2012. The creation of the festival was inspired by the defunct Metro Manila Popular Music Festival. The foundation itself is headed by the chairman Manny V. Pangilinan, executive director Ryan Cayabyab and administrator and communications director Patricia Bermudez-Hizon. The competition is only open to original and previously unreleased songs in English, Filipino and other Philippine languages. Since its inception, it has been airing annually in TV5. Urbandub
Urbandub is a Filipino rock music, rock band from Cebu City, Philippines formed in 2000. The band's current line-up consisted of Gabby Alipe, John Dinopol, Lalay Lim, Sam Saludsong and Russ Manaloto. Urbandub is the first Indie band, indie band in the Philippines to release albums nationwide with the assistance of a major label. The label also featured Urbandub in a Pinoy rock compilation entitled "FULL VOLUME", with a remake of Sade (band), Sade's "No Ordinary Love". The band recently garnered the attention of fans throughout Southeast Asia with a tour in Singapore.
