is a Japanese badminton player. He is known to have a skillful and relentless play style on court. He has won several major badminton tournaments including two World Championships titles, two Asian Championships titles, and one All England title. Petr Koukal (badminton)
Petr Koukal (; born 14 December 1985) is a Czech professional badminton player. Biography Koukal started playing badminton in 1993, at a club owned by his father in Hořovice, and made his debut in the international tournament in 2000. In 2003 he was selected to join the national team, and at the same year, he won the mixed doubles title at the national championships partnered with Markéta Koudelková. Until 2016, he has collected 9 national titles, where 8 of them won in the men's singles event. Koukal first competed at the Summer Olympics in Beijing. In 2010, Koukal was diagnosed with testicular cancer and underwent a successful therapy. He was awarded 2011 Fair Play Award, in Brno, Czech Republic. Marius Myhre
Marius Myhre Fartum (born 21 November 1991) is a Norwegian badminton player. He is affiliated with Haugerud IF and has won nine Norwegian National Championships title, seven consecutive men's singles title from 2013–2019, 1 in the mixed and men's doubles respectively. Myhre won his first senior international title at the 2015 Norwegian International. Career Myhre started practicing badminton at the age of ten, introduced and trained by his father, Rune Fartum, who also played badminton. He plays in the men's singles. Kenichi Tago
is a former badminton player from Japan. He is the son of former badminton player Yoshiko Yonekura. In 2010, he reached the final of the All England Open Badminton Championships. En route to the final he beat three seeded players including Nguyen Tien Minh, Chen Jin and Bao Chunlai. In the final, Tago lost to the first seed and reigning World No. 1 Lee Chong Wei from Malaysia with a score of 21–19 and 21–19, following an incorrect line call in Lee Chong Wei's favour at matchpoint. Joachim Persson (born 23 May 1983) is a badminton player from Denmark. Career Persson was born in Denmark but his family moved to Germany in his early years. He began to playing badminton in Trittau, Germany together with his parents.
