2015 Campeonato Gaúcho
The 2015 Campeonato da Primeira Divisão de Futebol Profissional da FGF (2015 FGF First Division Professional Football Championship), better known as the 2015 Campeonato Gaúcho or Gaúcho, was the 95th edition of the top flight football league of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. The season began on 31 January and ended on 3 May, with the second leg of final. The 16 clubs contested in the Campeonato Gaúcho (Championship A1 Series). Internacional successfully defended its 2014 title. In the 2015 season finals, the two top ranked clubs in the state league ( Grêmio and Internacional) qualified, reissuing the Grenal in the championship decision after both clubs narrowly escaped elimination in the quarterfinals. Marcelo Grohe (born 13 January 1987) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Al-Kholood of the Saudi Pro League. Club career Grêmio Born in Campo Bom, Rio Grande do Sul, Grohe began his career at Grêmio, where he arrived in 2000 to serve on the under-13 team. The 2016 Copa do Brasil (officially the Copa Continental Pneus do Brasil 2016 for sponsorship reasons) was the 28th edition of the Copa do Brasil football competition. Arena do Grêmio is a multi-use stadium in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. It was inaugurated on December 8, 2012. It is used mostly for football matches and as the home stadium of Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense, replacing the Estádio Olímpico Monumental. With a 60,540 capacity (55,662 current official capacity), the stadium is one of the most modern venues in South America.
