2014 Franken Challenge
The 2014 Franken Challenge was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the 27th edition of the tournament which was part of the 2014 ATP Challenger Tour. A clay court is one of the types of tennis court on which the sport of tennis is played. Robin Kern (; born 3 October 1993) is a German professional tennis player. He reached his career-high singles ranking of world No. 350 in October 2013. Career Kern made his ATP World Tour debut in 2011, when he was given a wild card into the main draw of the 2011 MercedesCup. There, he lost in the first round to Fabio Fognini in straight sets.
