2014 FC Ordabasy Season
The 2014 FC Ordabasy season was the 12th season back in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan, following their promotion from to the Kazakhstan First Division in 2003. Ordabasy finished the season in 4th place, qualifying for the UEFA Europa League on goal difference. Ordabasy also reached the Second Round of the Kazakhstan Cup where they were knocked out by Taraz. FC Ordabasy ( kk, Ордабасы футбол клубы) is a professional association football, football club from Kazakhstan based at the Kazhimukan Munaitpasov Stadium (Shymkent), K. Munaitpasov Stadium in Shymkent. Ordabasy was formed in 1949, following the merger of two existing Kazakhstan Premier League sides, ''FC Zhiger'' and ''FC Tomiris''. Leandro Freire de Araújo (born 21 August 1989 in Brazil), sometimes known as just Freire, is a Brazilian football player who plays as a defender. He currently plays for FC Gifu in the J3 League. FC Irtysh Pavlodar
FC Irtysh Pavlodar ( kk, Ертіс Футбол Клубы, ''Ertis Fýtbol Klýby'') was a Kazakh professional football club based at the Central Stadium in Pavlodar. Irtysh won the Kazakhstan Premier league in 1993 (as ''Ansat''), 1997, 1999, 2002 and 2003. The club was also founding members of the top league and never relegated to lower levels before being dissolved. Andrew Mwesigwa (born 24 April 1984) is a Ugandan former international footballer who played as a defender. Career Club career Mwesigwa began his career in 2002 with Ugandan side Villa SC, before moving to Icelandic club ÍBV in 2006. After spending the 2010 season with Chinese side Chongqing Lifan, in February 2011 he signed a two-year contract with Kazakhstan Premier League side FC Ordabasy. Ondřej Kúdela (; born 26 March 1987) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Liga 1 club Persija Jakarta and the Czech Republic national team. He previously played for Slovácko, Sparta Prague, Mlada Boleslav and Slovan Liberec and Slavia Prague. Kúdela also had loan spells at Kladno and Kazakh club FC Ordabasy.
