The 2014 CS Volvo Open Cup was a senior international figure skating competition held in November 2014 at the Volvo Ice Rink in Riga, Latvia. It was part of the 2014–15 ISU Challenger Series. ISU Challenger Series
The ISU Challenger Series is a series of international figure skating competitions. Established by the International Skating Union in the 2014–15 season, it is a group of senior-level events ranked below the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Alexei Alexandrovich Rogonov (russian: Алексей Александрович Рогонов; born 6 June 1988) is a Russian former pair skater. With partner Kristina Astakhova, he is the 2015 Winter Universiade silver medalist. With former skating partner Anastasia Martiusheva, he is the 2009 World Junior silver medalist, 2009 Russian Junior champion, and 2012 Russian national bronze medalist. He is the 2015 Bavarian Open champion, 2017 Triglav Trophy silver medalist, and 2018 CS Lombardia Trophy bronze medalist. Daniel Samohin ( he, דניאל סמוכין; born 12 March 1998) is an Israeli figure skater. He is the 2016 World Junior champion, and has won two ISU Challenger Series medals, including a gold medal at the 2015 U.S. International Classic. Lukáš Csölley (born 18 June 1990) is a Slovak former competitive ice dancer. With Lucie Myslivečková, he competed at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Federica Testa (born 27 August 1993) is an Italian-born former competitive ice dancer who is best known for her partnership with Lukáš Csölley for Slovakia.
