2013–14 V AFG
The 2013–14 V Football Group season was the 64th season of the Bulgarian V Group. The group comprises the third level of the Bulgarian football pyramid and is divided into four geographic regions: ''North-West'', ''North-East'', ''South-East'', and ''South-West''. The top team from each region was directly promoted to B Group for season 2014–15. The bottom two teams of each division were relegated to their respective regional groups at the fourth level of the football league system for the following season. Bulgarian V AFG
The Bulgarian Third Amateur Football League (), commonly known as Treta Liga or Bulgarian Third League (currently known as the ELITBET Third League for sponsorship reasons), is the third level of the Bulgarian football league system. Third League operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the second and the fourth tier of the Bulgarian football league pyramid – respectively being Second Professional Football League (Bulgaria), Second League and Bulgarian A Oblast Football Groups, the A Oblast Groups. Currently Third League consists of four divisions that are formed by separating the country into four regions: ''North-West'', ''South-West'', ''North-East'' and ''South-East''. The divisions run in parallel during the season, but since the number of teams in each division may vary, the number of rounds in each of them may vary. FC Arda 1924 Kardzhali () is a Bulgarian professional football club based in Kardzhali that competes in First League, the top tier of the Bulgarian football league system. It was founded on 13 October 1924, as an association football branch of a larger sports society in the town. The club was reestablished in 2015, after its former entity was dissolved. Named after the Arda river, a tributary of the Maritsa, Arda's home ground is the Arena Arda in Kardzhali, which has a capacity of 15,000 spectators. OFC Bdin () is a Bulgarian football club based in Vidin, currently (season 2023–2024) playing in the Second Professional League, the second level of Bulgarian football. Its home stadium "Georgi Benkovski" has a capacity of 15 000 seats. The club color is blue shirts and shorts. History The club was officially founded in 1923. In 1946, Bdin reached the Bulgarian Republic Football Championship semi-finals, eliminating Botev Plovdiv and Hadzhi Slavchev Pavlikeni along the way. Bdin also qualified to play in the A PFG in 1948–49 season, the first season of the newly established first tier of Bulgarian football. Bdin could not survive and was relegated, however. OFK Spartak () is a Bulgarian municipality, municipal association football club from the city of Pleven founded on 10 September 1919. OFC Etar Veliko Tarnovo
Etar () is a Bulgarian sports football club based in Veliko Tarnovo, that plays in the Bulgarian Second League, the second level of Bulgarian football. Etar was established in 2013, shortly after the folding of Etar 1924, which was dissolved for financial reasons after the 2012–13 season. Etar 1924, on the other hand, was established as a result of the dissolution of the historical FC Etar (Veliko Tarnovo). Although the three clubs share similar names and colors, the Bulgarian Football Union considers them separate entities and records are not shared between the three. The current Etar quickly ascended from the amateur leagues, eventually promoting to the Bulgarian First League at the end of the 2016–17 season.
