2013–14 NHL Transactions
The following is a list of all team-to-team transactions that have occurred in the National Hockey League during the 2013–14 NHL season. It lists what team each player has been traded to, signed by, or claimed by, and for which player(s) or draft pick(s), if applicable. Players who have retired are also listed. The 2013–14 trade deadline was on March 5, 2014. Any players traded or claimed off waivers after this date were eligible to play up until, but not in, the 2013–14 NHL playoffs. The National Hockey League (NHL; , ''LNH'') is a professional ice hockey league in North America composed of 32 teams25 in the United States and 7 in Canada. Éric Bélanger
Éric Bélanger (born December 16, 1977) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He played the majority of his professional career as a centre in the National Hockey League (NHL), representing the Los Angeles Kings, Carolina Hurricanes, Atlanta Thrashers, Minnesota Wild, Washington Capitals, Phoenix Coyotes and Edmonton Oilers. He was originally drafted in the fourth round, 96th overall, in the 1996 NHL Entry Draft by Los Angeles. In 2021, Bélanger was named the first head coach the Trois-Rivières Lions, an expansion team in the ECHL affiliated with the Montreal Canadiens. Jamal Mayers
Jamal David Mayers (born October 24, 1974) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey winger who played 15 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). He spent time playing for the St. Louis Blues, Toronto Maple Leafs, Calgary Flames, San Jose Sharks and won the Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2013. He is currently an analyst for Sportsnet. Playing career Prior to being drafted in the NHL, Mayers was a star player at Western Michigan University from 1992-96. Jay Pandolfo
Jay Paul Pandolfo (born December 27, 1974) is an American college ice hockey coach and former professional forward. He is currently the head coach of the Boston University Terriers. He spent most of his National Hockey League career with the New Jersey Devils before playing the 2011–12 season with the New York Islanders and the 2012–13 season with the Boston Bruins. His younger brother Mike was also once a member of the Devils organization, and played briefly in the NHL. The Boston Bruins are a professional ice hockey team based in Boston. Adrian Aucoin
Adrian Mark Aucoin (born July 3, 1973) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. He played over 1,100 games in the National Hockey League (NHL). Aucoin was born in Ottawa, Ontario, but grew up in Gloucester, Ontario. Playing career As a youth, Aucoin played in the 1987 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with a minor ice hockey team from Gloucester. Aucoin was drafted 117th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1992 NHL entry draft, making his NHL debut in 1994–95, playing one game with Vancouver. Milan Hejduk
Milan Hejduk (; born February 14, 1976) is a Czech–American former professional ice hockey forward. Nicknamed "the Duke", he spent his entire 14-year National Hockey League (NHL) career with the Colorado Avalanche and retired holding the record for most career games as an Avalanche player with 1,020. In 2003, he won the Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy as the NHL's leading goal scorer. He is a member of Czech Ice Hockey Hall of Fame. Jason Arnott
Jason William Arnott (born October 11, 1974) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He began his National Hockey League career with the Edmonton Oilers in 1993–94 after being selected seventh overall in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft and was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team. A two-time NHL All-Star, Arnott won the Stanley Cup with the New Jersey Devils in 2000, scoring the championship-winning goal in the second overtime of Game 6. Roman HamrlÃk (born April 12, 1974) is a Czech former professional ice hockey defenceman who played 20 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). Martin Biron
Martin Gaston Biron (; born August 15, 1977) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. Drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the first round (16th overall) of the 1995 NHL Entry Draft, he spent the first half of his 16-year National Hockey League (NHL) career with the Sabres, later having stints with the Philadelphia Flyers, New York Islanders, and New York Rangers.
