The 2013 Napa Valley Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the First edition of the tournament which was part of the 2013 ATP Challenger Tour. Hardcourt
A hardcourt (or hard court) is a surface or floor on which a sport is played, most usually in reference to tennis courts. It is typically made of rigid materials such as asphalt or concrete, and covered with acrylic resins to seal the surface and mark the playing lines, while providing some cushioning. Historically, hardwood surfaces were also in use in indoor settings, similar to an indoor basketball court, but these surfaces are rare now. Tennis Tennis hard courts are made of synthetic/acrylic layers on top of a concrete or asphalt foundation and can vary in color. These courts tend to play medium-fast to fast because there is little energy absorption by the court, as with grass courts but unlike clay courts. Bradley Klahn
Bradley Klahn (born August 20, 1990) is an American professional tennis player from Poway, California. Klahn played collegiate tennis at Stanford University, where he won the 2010 NCAA Singles Championships as a sophomore. His next year as a junior, he was a finalist in the NCAA Doubles Championship. He played at the 2010 US Open, taking a set from 20th seed Sam Querrey before being defeated in four sets. Klahn received a wild card into the 2011 SAP Open. He underwent back surgery in February 2015 and did not resume playing until late 2016, accepting a wild card into qualifying for the Challenger event in Champaign-Urbana and winning three matches to reach the main draw, where he defeated Sam Groth in the first round and Tennys Sandgren in the second before falling to Jared Donaldson in the quarterfinals. Dimitar Kutrovsky
Dimitar Kutrovsky ( bg, Димитър Кутровски; born 27 August 1987) is a retired tennis player from Bulgaria. On 18 May 2015, he reached his highest ATP singles ranking of 293 whilst his best doubles ranking was 234 on 10 August 2015. As a junior, he played for CSKA. In 2003 he was №28 in the rankings of the European Tennis Association for boys under 16 years old. In 2005 he reached №69 in the ITF's rankings for boys under 18 years old. Athanasios "Thanasi" Kokkinakis ( ; born 10 April 1996) is an Australian professional tennis player and a doubles specialist. He has been ranked as high as world No. 69 in singles by the ATP, which he first achieved on 8 June 2015. He has won one ATP Tour title in singles and produced his best Major singles performance at the 2015 French Open by reaching the third round. Greg Ouellette (born 19 May 1986) is an American Professional tennis player. Ouellette reached a career high singles ranking of 269 on August 12, 2011 winning 5 professional singles titles and 7 doubles titles.This ranking high came shortly after his only ATP Challenger Semi-Final, in Lexington (d. Dennis Novikov (born 6 November 1993 in Moscow, Russia) is an American professional tennis player born in Russia. He won both the singles and doubles titles at the USTA Boys 18s National Championships in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 2012. As a result, he was awarded wild cards into the main draw of the US Open in both singles and doubles. He did not join the UCLA tennis team until March 2012, first competing on March 27. Altamirano won the 2013 USTA Boys 18 National Championship as an unseeded player, the first ever to do so, defeating Jared Donaldson 6–1, 6–2, 6–4 in the final. Steve "Stevie" Johnson Jr. (born December 24, 1989) is an American professional tennis player. For one week in August 2016 he was the top-ranked American in men's singles.
