The 2013 Nagoya Grampus season was Nagoya Grampus' 21st season in the J. League Division 1 and 31st overall in the Japanese top flight. It was Dragan Stojković last season as manager, as he left at the end of the season, and they finsed 11th in the J League, reached the group stage of the J. League Cup and were knocked out of the Emperor's Cup at the second round stage by Nagano Parceiro. Nagoya Grampus
(formerly known as ) is a Japanese association football club that plays in the J1 League, following promotion from the J2 League in 2017. Based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture and founded as the company team of the Toyota Motor Corp. in 1939, the club shares its home games between Mizuho Athletic Stadium (capacity 27,000 and the J.League's oldest serving stadium) and the much larger Toyota Stadium in the suburb of Toyota (capacity 45,000). The team had its most successful season up to 1995 when it was managed by Arsène Wenger, well known for his subsequent exploits at Arsenal. They won the Emperor's Cup and finished second in the J.League, with Dragan Stojković and Gary Lineker on the team. The 1995 success was eclipsed on November 20, 2010, when the club won its first J.League trophy, under the management of Stojković. is a Japanese retired footballer and assistant manager of Sagan Tosu from 2023. Kisho Yano
is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a forward or right-back for Tochigi SC. Club career Yano was born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. He was chosen as one of the Designated Players for Development by J.League and JFA in 2002 when he was a student of Hamana High School. Because of this status, Yano was able to register as a Júbilo Iwata player while he was still eligible to play for his high school club. However, he did not play any official match for Iwata. Career From the age of 3, Nagai spent 5 years in Ipatinga, Brazil, where he started playing street football with his childhood friends.
